Terms and Conditions

1.    General

a.    All computer hardware and software and any information and data originating from the infrastructure or stored on it, is also the property of Fuschia Group. Access to the internet, e-mail services or its system and recourses is a privilege granted by Fuschia Group. We reserve the right to choose which users will be provided with such access and may revoke access without warning at any time to persons who abuse this access.

2.    Internet and e-mail

a.    Internet and email usage is controlled and monitored and Fuschia Group reserves the right to prevent access to any sites or file types it deems unacceptable. Each user acknowledges that Fuschia Group can, if it considers it necessary at any time monitor, control and examine all individual connections and communications.

b.    If there is any reason to believe that violation of this policy has taken place we reserve the right to revoke access to the network, internet, email without any prior notice, and without the consent of the user.

c.    Users are expected to respect and not abuse services provided.

d.    No Audio or Video content may be streamed (viewed) or downloaded as we do have a small cap. If you would like this service please note that connection fee will be raised.

e.    Users must not access any unauthorized materials displaying pornography, hate, murder.

f.     Periodic checks will be performed by the network administrator to ensure that offences are minimized. The network administrator also reserves the right to remove any files he deems necessary.

g.    No downloading software or updates is permitted without express consent of the network administrator, please ask if you are going to download large files.

In the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions stated above Fuschia Group reserves the right to suspend access to the network or limit internet usuage.
